This document outlines the Terms of Service (ToS) that guide our relationship with you, our esteemed customer. You agree to these terms by choosing our services creating a binding legal agreement between you and Mass Limo LLC. It is crucial to understand that this ToS agreement is formulated with a solid legal framework in mind and safeguards both your rights as a customer and our rights as a service provider.

Our Terms of Service, policies, and agreements have been drafted according to the applicable laws and regulations. It is our way of ensuring transparency and trust in our dealings, and it clearly outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expectations for both parties. This comprehensive approach ensures a clear, hassle-free customer experience, eliminating confusion or misinterpretations.

Please note that the word “his/her” used in this agreement refers to you, our verified customer, who has purchased our services through our official website.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a responsive, customer-centric service, Mass Limo LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or alter these Terms of Service, policies, and agreements at any time. We encourage you to review this document regularly to stay updated on any changes. Please be assured that any changes made are intended to improve your experience with our services and are in compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations.

Service Policy Agreement

Our primary goal is to deliver the best possible service experience at the most competitive price. When booking with us, you, our valued customer, have the freedom to choose the service that best fits your needs. We assure you that the riding details you provided at the time of booking will not be changed or modified without your consent by the company or any authorized person. Suppose you require any modifications to your service after completing the booking. In that case, you must inform a company-authorized support person at least 2 hours before your journey via phone, email, or our contact form. 

Please be aware that certain modifications may incur additional charges. For instance, alterations to the final drop-off location during travel or any unusual changes requested might attract extra charges. Additionally, any unnecessary stops or non-discussed pauses during the journey will be charged an additional $10 plus $1 per minute. We believe in transparency and open communication and aim to keep extra charges and penalties as understandable and minimal as possible.


Payment Policy Agreement

Mass Limo LLC offers an excellent payment policy, both flexible and customer-friendly. For the convenience of our customers, we accept an array of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and cash on delivery after the completion of the ride. We understand that upfront payment may burden some of our clients, so we do not require any advanced payment for any of our services. In specific scenarios, additional charges may apply, such as cancellation fees, damage fees for any harm to the vehicle during the ride, and extra cleaning fees if the limousine car requires more than standard cleaning after the ride.

Cancellation Policy Agreement

We have designed a fair and customer-beneficial cancellation policy to cater to such scenarios. As part of our commitment to transparency and customer service, you can cancel or change a service at any time, subject to certain conditions.

Here are our detailed cancellation policy guidelines:

  • For wedding events, cancellations can be made without charges up to 60 days before the service date. 
  • For prom events, cancellations are free up to 45 days before the service date.
  • For all other circumstances, cancel your booking without any fees up to 14 days before the scheduled service day for any reason.

For services like airport transportation, point-to-point transportation, and town car services, we offer even more flexibility. If you cancel your service more than 2 hours before the journey starts, there will be no cancellation charges. However, cancellations made within 2 hours of the trip starting time will incur a fair amount.

Waiting Time & Delay Policy Agreement

We understand that delays are a standard part of travel. Various factors, such as traffic congestion, flight delays, or unexpected personal events, can cause delays. We provide a 15-minute grace period without incurring any additional charges. This is especially important for our airport services, where it gives enough time for meet and greets and for passengers to transition from the flight to our vehicle comfortably. However, we must apply additional charges to cover operational costs for any unusually long delays beyond this grace period. For domestic flights, an extra charge of $1 per hour will be levied if the delay extends half an hour after landing. For international flights, we offer a more extended grace period of an hour after landing, after which the same rate of $1 per hour will apply. We aim to balance fairness to our customers with the need to maintain our punctuality and service quality. You can be confident that these charges will only be incurred when necessary, and we will always provide clear communication regarding any additional fees.

Hourly Rental Agreement

Our hourly rental service is designed to provide seamless transportation without the hassle of booking multiple rides. We kindly ask that our minimum rental period be at least 4 hours to ensure cost-effectiveness for our clients and operations. During this time, our professional chauffeurs are committed to providing you with premium and uninterrupted service, ensuring you reach your destinations on time, every time. Please note that this service is subject to availability, and it is advisable to book in advance to guarantee your reservation. Drug Policy Agreement

We have a strict no-drug policy on all our limousines. The use or sale of any illegal or narcotic drugs within our vehicles is strictly prohibited. In the event of such activity, we may need to end our service agreement with you immediately. It is important to note that if a service agreement is closed due to violating this policy, the customer will still be required to pay the total amount for their rental, even after the immediate service stop. We appreciate your support in maintaining the safe and pleasant environment of our vehicles.

Damage Policy & Fees Agreement

During events or journeys, damage could occur due to various factors, such as food or drink spillages and throwing unanticipated things. Our professional chauffeurs conduct thorough checks at the beginning, during, and after each journey to maintain the vehicle’s condition. If anything unclean or untidy is found, an additional minimum charge of $25 may be applied to cover cleaning services. 

In the unfortunate event of damages to the vehicle, the company reserves the right to assess and charge the customer based on the depth and details of the damage. This could range from minor fixes to extensive repairs. We assure you that any such fees will only be levied after a transparent assessment, and the charges will be communicated clearly, ensuring no unexpected costs to you. We aim to keep our vehicles in excellent condition at all times, providing a comfortable and luxurious travel experience for all our customers. 

Changes Terms and Conditions

Mass Limo LLC can revise the Terms of Agreement when needed. This may include updates, amendments, or alterations to align with our services, meet regulatory standards, or improve the customer experience. Such modifications could include adding new services, bettering existing ones, or changing our operations. We assure you that any such changes will always be geared towards providing you, our valued customer, with a higher quality of service.
